It also shines with a low unemployment rate of 2.6%, making it an attractive destination for young professionals.

Atlanta, the runner-up, is emerging as an educational hub. Over half of its Gen Z population is enrolled in education, with prominent institutions like Emory University and Georgia Tech nearby. The city also leads in park availability and has a substantial share of Gen Z residents, offering both recreational and career opportunities.

Ranked third, Boston is distinguished by the highest percentage of Gen Zers in post-secondary education at 61%.
